Apache 2.4 has landed in Th on June 7, 2013, see announcement.

Authz compat

If in Apache 2.0/2.2, you would write:

Allow from all

Then having apache 2.4 and 2.x support, you can write:

<IfModule mod_authz_core.c>
    # Apache 2.4
    Require all granted
</IfModule>
<IfModule !mod_authz_core.c>
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</IfModule>
